When you make your will using the last will and testament forms provided by the Secure Wills™ website you can do so confident in the fact the last will and testament template is accurate, based specifically on Texas law and will work when probated in a Texas court of law.  The forms created specifically for the Secure Wills™ website were done so by a licensed Texas estate planning and probate attorney (who lives in Texas) with over 15 years of experience in drafting simple and complicated estate plans, including a large variety of wills for single persons, married couples and domestic partners.  Secure Wills, L.L.C. is a Texas limited liability company and information regarding it is found easily on the Texas Secretary of State website.  We didn't hide behind another state’s statutes because we know our product is excellent and the founder is a born and raised Texan with Texas legal experience.

In addition to the security of a Secure Wills™ last will and testament, we use PayPal as our means of checkout so we do not store any of your financial information.  You will also notice we never ask you for your Social Security Number or your date of birth in order to eliminate any storage of that information on our servers and because it simply is not required by law in Texas.  You do not need to provide that information to anyone to get a valid last will and testament created for you, so don't do it.
